Step 01

Requirement Review

We review the part drawing, resin, part weight, expected production volume, cavity preference, injection machine information, and delivery target.

Step 02

The mold concept is developed around draft, wall thickness, gating, cooling, ejection, parting line, undercuts, and practical manufacturability.

Step 03

Mold steel and standard components are planned according to the product application, expected production conditions, and agreed technical scope.

Step 04

Cavities, cores, and mold components move through machining, EDM where required, fitting, cooling work, and mold assembly.

Step 05

Trial runs are used to review mold movement, filling, cooling behavior, ejection, and the initial sample output before adjustments.

Step 06

After the agreed work is complete, the mold is checked, protected for shipment, and prepared with practical export coordination.
